• Overnight street parking is restricted to visitors onlywith a maximum of three (3) consecutive days. If you have a guest who will be staying at your home for more than three days, please notify IPM. Overnight visitors should be instructed to park on the side of the street opposite fire hydrants. The HOA encourages homeowners to allow their guests to park in their driveway, if possible.
• Overnight street parking for homeowners/renters is prohibited as stated in our "Summary of Rules and Regulations" unless IPM has been notified in advance of specific circumstances by the homeowner/renter. This restriction was developed in compliance with Fire Marshall directives. For more clarification on these rules, please see Summary of Rules and Regulations and/or Parking Safety Guidelines and Map.
IPM Website... As you know, IPM launched a website in April 2009 for Homeowner Associations. This site gives each of us access to our individual accounts as well as other pertinent information (i.e. Board Minutes, etc.). To access your account, you will need the security key provided by IPM. To logon go to IPMHOA, from the home page select "CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT." Fill in each blank with your information, including your security key. If you do not know your security key, contact IPM.
